I was referred by a friend for this position. Post which I received the meeting invite for a discussion with the reporting manager. This was followed by 2 more rounds, one of which being a visit to the office. The interview never felt like an interrogation but more like a conversation where I got to understand a lot about company values, products and the upcoming developments. The discussion with HR around compensation expectations were welcome and fruitful.
