3 round process starting with recruiter and ending with VP of Sales. Was the generic Q&A with role-plays, past experiences, what to hope from the role etc. Was very conversational and didn't ask very many hard questions.

Very much got a fraternity culture. They don't hire with the intent to train. You are very much on your own and if you don't get to plan expect a PIP. No training material/course to go through, onboarding process is minimal.
