I applied online and I interviewed with the Barcelona team, it was an amazing process with the Barcelona team but at the final stage the talent acquisition person in the Ramallah office put me down without any reason and without helpful feedback

the questions from tech people were very clear but the Talent Acquisition person asked me personal questions that should not be asked Like

You get a coding assignment to solve in a few days, then an interview to discuss the assignment. Usually, the discussion of the assignment is more important, it is an hour or so of focused questions on both the assignment and things from your resume.

Technical interview and then a team matching process, some technical questions, not hard at all if you actually have experience. It’s not like those interviews that force you to solve a logic problem in front of an interviewer
