      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Frequence (Mountain View, CA)

      Colloquio

Worst interview I’ve ever had to be blunt. I had a phone interview that went well and I was asked to come in for 1.5 hours. It ended up being over two hours and I had to talk to three different people. Everything was going good until one of them asked a random math question. He admitted that he “knew he’s shouldn’t on an interview.” However, did so anyways. I tried to rise to the challenge and make him happy, but honestly I was having a tough time. After a good effort on my end, he insisted that he walk me through the process until I got it. So I sat there as he “helped” me through the process like a 5th grader in a workshop session. I am not dumb but man he did a great job at making feel dumb. It was the most horrifying thing I’ve ever been put through in an interview. I remained calm but I considered walking out. The third interview was a complete grilling session about my current job. They seemed to doubt that my company saw me as an asset. It was a waste of time considering I knew I was done after the failed math lesson. It was a bit of an overkill considering it was an entry level position and their benefits and headquarters weren’t anything to call home about. Made me really appreciate my current position and building. Yikes.

      Domanda 1

Angle of the hands on a clock at certain time. Prepare for long division!
