submitted resume on linkedIn, heard back within a week, had a phone conversation with their Developer Lead, was asked to write code (short console application to run a search algorithm, and a process application to register students in a program), they then paid for me to come down for an in-person interview, the interviewer was really cool, he wanted to get to know me personally and wasn't out to school me with stupid questions. They offered me the job the next day!
