Colloquio
Quick, smooth, and easy. They focus more on your tech experience, character/attitude, and ability to sustain pressure. They will ask you questions regarding conflict scenarios in the workplace and how you will deal with it. They will ask you about previous technical experiences and skills applied. They will ask why you chose the company and what is you plans in the next five years. Everything will be straight forward. And it will help a lot if you keep an optimistic mindset everytime you answer any question. And knowing their Mission Statement and Core Values by heart is a super plus.

Simple, with the reporting supervisor. At one of the clinics. We talked about how this is a career and not just a job. Talked about technical skills that would translate to the position. Commute. Do you have reliable transportation.

I submitted my application, got a call back a week later.
This position was in El Paso, TX. First interview went well.
They said that they didn’t have a position for me at the center closest to my house (which I applied for), but can possibly place me to two different locations (one hour away, another two hours away).
Had a second interview, more of the same BS.
Third interview: I paid out of my own gas/time etc to visit that location that was an hour away, to express interest.
They kept dragging their feet, saying they’ll let me know either way if they hired me or not. But everytime I’d ask for an update, they’d keep pushing back a week out.
They kept this up for a 2-3 MONTHS, 3 interviews, and then literally GHOSTED me.
Don’t waste your time; they say all these things about how you’re a family (as in literally, they have cousins working on all the locations). But they don’t even have the decency to give a straight answer and not keep hopeful candidates on the hook, knowing full well they’re not going to hire you.
