Interview process was done 3rd party.... They were very much engaging with me, and really helpful in the beginning. Then I had a meeting with the 3rd party company they make you feel like you have the job, they said "I'll be back with an offer" Its like are they interviewing just for numbers..? Anyways... I liked the company Fresenius as I have talked with them before in my "20 years of healthcare experience". But they choose to not use their own staff to know who is right for them. I dont like that.
