Did not even happen. The recruiter did not call at set appointment time and pretty much ghosted me. Indeed communication was confusing - there were two active messages between the two of us and the person seemed to not realize this at all.

Was contacted by a recruiter. Did the phone screening then she ghosted me. It takes 2 seconds to inform a candidate that they weren’t selected. I don’t know what’s up with recruiters nowadays but this is a very unprofessional practice that I wish recruiters start being held accountable for!

Conducted via Zoom interview. It was less than 20 minutes. The Nurse manager going over previous work experience and future career goals. The Role expectations were discussed at length, mentioning training, hours, etc
