Quite thorough process with serious elements such as a case interview. However, a bit ad hoc, wierd signals from the recruiter such as questions like “are you really sure you want to apply for this?”, and also including meetings where founders called in late, being obviously unprepared (felt disrespectful) to then conclude that “we need to reschedule”. When I asked about the negative reviews at Glassdoor, and also referred to references I had taken via LinkedIn, there was instantly a viscous reaction, accusations of me going behind their back and a lot of accusations of “mentally ill” people that has been previously employed. That they had even taken to court (??) for stealing IP. The founders seemed almost paranoiac and very easily offended, to me, and i am very happy that it turned out the way it did, and that all cards became open in the end.
