I applied on Ziprecruiter. I was called by their really nice and friendly HR department and asked to come in for a preliminary interview. I came in to the office and the interview lasted 20 mins, that's where I met Mrs. Trang , the CEO . Then I went to a second round interview straight from there because we hit it off so well and she wanted me to see one of the marketing events first hand. There I met one of the leaders, Rob, who told me more in depth about the business and really made me see and believe in the company's vision. After that I was asked some questions by Rob and I had to email Rob that night the answers to why I should be hired and then I was contacted for a third round interview. I came in and was offered the job on the spot and I came in the next day for orientation .
