Interviewed with the VP of Marketing, who was very amiable and asked mostly expected questions without applying undue pressure to have a "right" answer. Since this is still in the start-up phase, my guess is they wanted someone with more experience than I could offer, but it was still a good interview experience, and even the rejection email was friendly lol.
