Very casual, created a new position for fleet management, had experience with TMS all they cared about. Also liked I worked at FedEx so they knew I could handle chaos.
I applied for the position and within 24 hours was called in for an interview. I was interviewed by HR and the Transportation Manager for approximately an hour and informed that I would hear a decision within a week once the finish with interviews.
