Zuerst gab es eine kleine Vorstellungsrunde. Im Anschluss musste man seinen Lebenslauf vorstellen. Die einzelnen Stationen im Lebenslauf wurden hinterfragt und man musste erklären, warum man Unternehmen verlassen hat und welche Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse man erworben hat. Weiterhin wurde geprüft, ob man sich ausreichen über die Website von Freudenberg informiert hat.

Recruiter reached out. We had a good conversation, at first I was not interested in going back in to battery world but compensation made me consider it. Said they were going to put me in touch with sales director and technology director. Process dragged on for a couple months. After a couple different calls and interviews they asked if I would be interested in covering multiple segments and said no problem.
