2 step interview process. Meet first with the area manager and then with HR. Job offer came via telephone after the second interview. Training is similar to other restaurants. The company is not fully "corporate" meaning there is still alot of changes going on within the company.

The 2nd lasted over 3 hours
The job shadow lasted about 3 hours. They do not pay you for it. The interviewer was late. It is followed up by many questions about your experience. Your answers are visibly analyzed.
A job offer (or not) happened a day or so later.
