Applied Online and was emailed a couple weeks later to schedule a phone interview. Less than a week later HR got back to me and invited me to "super-day". I had three interviews with upper management and a director. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming and very straight forward ( No BS) and they ended super-day by taking us out to lunch to a very nice restaurant.
