The interviews were positive. I had 2 interviews. One over the phone with a recruiter and the second in person in the office with the CMO. I showed up a half hour early. I did not apply for this position. I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn asking if I would be interested in connecting about the position. The reason I have rated this process as negative was because I gave a lot of my time and never got a response back. I reached out to the recruiter via our original LinkedIn thread and still did not hear anything back. It's understandable that sometimes someone drops the ball along the way, but it is just plain respect to respond to someone when they have given a business their time, especially when requested.
