Telephone interview followed by a 2 hour written assessment then a face to face interview.
One of the worst I have been through and ultimately it meant nothing as i was told quite clearly that I didn't do very well on the written interview yet i still got the job.

Really long winded question with a lot of figures an KPI information that amounted to the fact that you were under staffed.
