Laid back even though the interview was in front a group of about 6 of the school officials. I felt comfortable enough to discuss and answer all their questions. I felt confident after I left the interview.

I applied in late April and interviewed in early May. The principal and admin were extremely nice. They gave me space to demonstrate a lesson and talk about my teaching philosophy.
