Got interviewed by 3 people. Great experience but not sure they do their research or they really look into previous work. The office is great, lot of advantages. Feels like your a number in a big company ... No offer, long follow up.

They ask about experience, what you like, your flaws (don't tell them, they will try to catch you).

Colloquio
Three steps process :
- Phone call with HR with a general discussion
- Coding test on a platform
- Interview with two developers, discussing about your experience, how the company is. They also give feedback about the coding test.

Coding test had a part with questions about technologies you will use / have used, and a couple coding exercices with simple algorithms to implement.
Interviewers had a couple more questions like "how would you do this", "we have this situation, how would you optimize things?" etc.
