It wasn't too difficult. It was a lengthy process in between the application and interview. I would prefer if it wouldn't have taken so long. I was interviewed by three people. The questions wasn't difficult.

The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
Panel interview of district sales leader and sales manager. They introduce themselves and you explain your background. They then describe the position and will ask 7 or 8 behavioral interview questions.
