Colloquio
The first contact was a two person 20 question technical phone interview. Followed by an onsite 3 person interview. The following week it was a grueling hour long 7 person panel interview. Then one more visit back to meet the 2 owners, and followed by a quick meet up with one of the potential teams. I was very interested in working with their innovative systems and they had some great individuals that I was looking forward to working with.

Well, I was not ask out right... But I distinctly felt obligated to disclose my religious background and beliefs, when the one owner keep "digging" at me talking about their "unapologetic", "Born again Christian" leadership approach.
