The process is pretty easy! I completed the application and about a week later got the email for the assessment...no video interview 🙌🏿. A week after that I got an email to set up the phone interview which I just completed. All of the questions I found on here and a simple google search, I prepped and had them in my notes on my phone for reference. The interviewer was really nice, I felt really at ease answering the questions. She started by asking about my tattoos (I have 2, 1 on my torso and one on my back and she said that was fine.). She then asked my age and if I was eligible to travel and went right into the interview questions...why do u want to be a flight attendant? Why frontier? And tell me about a time you seen an opportunity to better your customer service? At the end I asked questions and then wad offered the F2F in Denver on Feb. 9th!!!!
