From the main group of 60 or so, smaller groups of ten or so were split up, and the order of the following steps may have varied in other groups to make the process go faster. Presentation, peer interview (in groups of two), tattoo/piercing check, jumpseat check, manager interview (in groups of two), reading of boarding announcement in front of the group, and then CJO's were offered and we went into drug testing. The full event lasted from about 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
