first half of interview was a written DX knowledge test, approximately 30 questions about MELs, weather, alternates, and FARs. second half was a 1:1 interview with the DX manager. friendly and we really hit it off well. the end of the interview was a brief tour of their SOC, which I asked if I could sit with the dispatchers briefly. Ultimately I was not able to start as soon as they needed so I was passed over.
