The interview was rushed, fake toxic positivity, they knew who they were going to hire before we even interviewed. Frontier flys you out to Denver but does not put you In a hotel, and the hotels close by are expensive, i paid $600 for two nights. They kept saying “you aren’t just a number” but we totally were. Out of 125 people they only took about 40 to interview one on one, and only gave 31 CJOs. We were given rapid Covid tests which there was never results given, nor did we see anyone get pulled from the group. After we were done giving our introduction to the group (which is also a part of the interview), they immediately called numbers (those who got second interviews) which felt like they didn’t even take into consideration that part of the process. You can’t get feedback from the interviewers or their employees, but they “encourage you to reapply in six months”. Like I said, you’re just a number to Frontier.
