Colloquio
Video interview in mid-December, was invited in mid-January to the in-person event on February 6 in Denver.
Sounds like a longer timeline for interviewing is the norm with airlines.
In-person event consisted of large groups of people (am and pm groups) organized into smaller tables, a group activity, rapid fire interview questions in a group setting, a ton of information (mostly repetitive, info you should already know about the role/process) shared while you're waiting (approx a 9 hour day), and then a final interview 1-1 with a recruiter.
It was organized, but because they squeeze in so many people, you are constantly waiting for your turn to interview.
Then it's only a few minutes with a recruiter to showcase your experience.
I was there from 1pm until 10:45pm.

Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
