It was a short pre-screen followed by a total of three interviews with progressively more members of senior management. Typical behavior based questions about leadership, experience, and personality. The interviews went well and the process moved quickly. I wasn’t selected but made it to the third and final interview. They never did send me an “thanks but no thanks” email, even after sending the panel individual thank you notes. Overall a decent experience, and I’d definitely interview again if given the opportunity.

3rd panel interview via teams
All interviews went very well and management seems very knowledgeable and friendly.
Was told i would hear back within 3 days whether I would get the job or not.
