Horribly disorganized this company lacked basic communication skills within it's own organization. Recruiting was haphazard and uncoordinated. Important documentation was lost more than once. Decision makers were improperly briefed. Phone calls were last minute with followup information being sent late. A poorly run company from a human resourses standpoint. The interview with the final decision makers was even worse. It was apparent they had no organized plan on questioning and were flying by the seat of their pants. The did not present a good impression of the company at all.
