First round of interviews is a group interview. Second round is a personal interview. Both were very professional and well done. They mostly just want to make sure that you're well prepared for the job, and that you can be trustworthy. The group interview was very foreign to me, but they do make sure that you're comfortable.

They used a third party to do the contact me so it was hard to do follow-ups. I wanted to know more on benefits which is the reason why. It also seemed like they were desperate to fill this position so I am scared it will be hard ot grow within the company.
