The interview process was great and pretty efficient. I'm sure this has to do with the fact that I applied for the Denver base, which they seemed to be urgently hiring for. Within a week or so I got my invite for the F2F. The interview was very organized and gave everyone a chance to say their piece, which was something I was worried about since I know a lot of candidates are invited to these events. Some of the questions were generic HR questions and some were not. All the recruiter were great and made the experience fun and light hearted to ease the tension and nerves of the candidates. I loved the interview process and it is definitely the best interview I've ever been too. I really felt like I was able to show the recruiters my values and strengths and how I can use them to improve customer satisfaction.
