It was good - was quite hard and you could feel quite vulnerable throughout it. There were 3 stages to it, an email task, a role play task and an interview.

Role play, competency-based interview and written assessment. All took during an online assessment day which lasted 3.5 hours. Each stage of the assessment day is separate, so you are marked separately for each activity.

The whole process was extremely tough. I spent hours and days and even weeks preparing for this and I felt this was a waste of time. I really struggled with the format and I felt like the interviewers and actors kind of looked down on me when I was struggling
