The interview process was simple, we had an telephone call to vet how we sounded on the phone then we were invited in for an induction where we watched a half hour presentation on the companies history and current aims, then we played a game where we matched words with sentences to show our understanding of telephone techniques, after that we then had solo interviews about our job past and personality then were invited back for a second round which delved more into our experience in call centers. after that the chosen candidates had a personality test to decide where we would be placed within the operating floor (it and maintenance or funeral care)

Applied online. I got an interview very quickly. I was invited to complete a few short and easy tests and from there, I had an interview with management staff who were very friendly and accommodating. After the interview I was invited to do a few mock calls and listen in on some calls. I was offered a job a day or so later.

Colloquio
Very professional. Quick meet and greet with an assessment to complete. The main 121 interview as in line with the role. Once the main interview was complete it was a quick trip to the call floor to sit with an experienced operator.
