Salary process took more than 2 months. Intitial screening from HR, Presentation round, F2F meeting with the head of Chennai, Final discussion with the team head. Requesting management to reduce the interview process as it took more than 2 months to complete it. Candidates may lose interest if you follow the long interview process.
