Case involved a former client scenario and evaluation of an in-licensing strategy plus proposal of a structured way to advise the client. Follow up telephone interview by head of consulting. Follow up telephone interview by Regional head and job offer. Application process ca. 6-8weeks

les questions sont axees sur le parcours du candidats et par la suite presentation de case study sur des projets reels en cours des differentes equipes. il s'agit de demontrer une capacite d'analyse du probleme mais surtout de montrer son raisonnement quant aux etapes de la resolution du probleme. on ne vous demande donc pas une reponse mais plutot une reflexion logique et claire.
