This was a complete waste of my time. Twice they scheduled phone screenings with me for the same role and I was made to feel they reached out in error. In this day and age of technology and social networks, companies should be careful not to assume that candidates don’t know each other or share mutual contacts. Engage with each candidate with the same level of professionalism and consideration; otherwise it will be perceived as bias.
