The process took between 2 to 3 weeks. One interview with a manager, another with a team, and finally an interview with an HR person. First I applied at the company website and then I had the first round of interviews. From there the process was quite fast. Interviews can last around 1 hour or more.

First HR interview to pre-screen. This is followed by 2 separate interviews. Questions aimed to understand experience listed on resume. It is not behaviorial interview. Mostly questions are framed to understand research skills and any specific industry experience.

After the first phone interview, the second was in person. Did some writing examples, but didn’t really seem like they took me seriously. The interview was with one manager, and she basically said I was too young and inexperienced. It was a strange interview.
