Resume shortlist, one telephonic round, case study, one personal round. Telephonic round was 45 min. Asked technical questions related to Lean, flow, takt time etc. Case study test was simple - It had some mcq quiz on tpm, lean etc. Tests problem solving ability, some situation is given, how you go about solving it using data given. Personal interview was on work experience as consultant. I described the challenges I faced and how I overcame it. Most interesting was that the interviewer director knew my previous company boss. So he declined to make an offer after I cleared the final round, due to their friendship. Quite professional I'd say !
