I applied Wednesday, same day call back to set up an interview. Had the interview that Saturday. Easy, she asked simple questions related to the job and my past experiences. What qualities would I bring to the job and why I chose this company to work for. After that I was offered the job but still had to wait for my background clearance and drug test results. It was an oral drug test, after signing the papers of consent I had to put the swab in between my cheeks and gum for about 5 minutes. After that put it in a container and she wrapped it up to be sent off to the lab. I was told to wait approximately a week and if I did NOT hear back I should give them a call to check my status. Its now Monday not exactly a week but I received a conformation email, stating welcome to the company and the link to their onboard website to set up my employee profile. I'm guessing I got the job but will call just to be sure. I hope this helps!

What is it about working with a team that I like most?

The hiring process was very straight forward. I received a phone call asking me to come in for the interview. Once in the interview the manager was professional and pleasant. I was asked a few standard questions (i.e.Where do you see yourself in five years? What can you contribute to the company? how long would you like to work for us? etc.) He asked what hours and position I would like then told me straight out I was hired, which was very nice. Once that was over there was the drug test (mouth swab done on the spot) and filling out employment paperwork. All in all the interview was pleasant and easy with no extra fluff or questions intended to trip you up or derive some alternate answer.
