Initial communication: HR round
Second round: Skype interview (was pretty good and straight forward)
Third round: Toughest I guess. There will be round table conference kind of setting. People will question you on your resume and access you. This is the most important and toughest round i would say.

Colloquio
I had 1 interview over Skype with 3 individuals from Fuel, the interview began with general questions about my background. The interviewers then move on to questions about my work experience and management style, as well as my knowledge of the industry. After that I was asked some somewhat technical questions directly relating to producing games for the mobile market. Finally they ended with the standard "do you have any questions you want to ask us" question.
The interviewers were polite, friendly and did their best to put me at ease during the interview. While I did not end up being offered the position they let me know the results within a couple of days of the interview. Overall the interview process was a positive one, my one complaint would be that their was a quality issue on the Skype call and it was often hard to understand the interviewers questions as a result.
