The interview was held over zoom, and the recruiter was quite friendly. It felt like more of a second round interview than an initial chat. There was a portion that was recorded, and if I had passed would later be passed on to the team. It made me a bit nervous hearing that they were going to record a portion of it where I respond to logistical questions. They were transparent with me at the end of the interview and mentioned that they were looking for someone with more technical experience who could start immediately with little training. I felt that this was not properly conveyed in the job description as there was no emphasis on having a technical background and it was an entry level position looking for someone with 2 years of experience. They also mentioned the salary range was 75 - 105k.
