One of the best interviews I ever had! The application process was made online. One lady from HR called me to show their interest and another one called me to book an appointment. At the time of the interview, I have met with two colleagues from the Digital & IT team. The conversation lasted 1 hour and I admired their time management- they kept themselves asking for 30 mins strict and the rest of the hour was dedicated to my questions. The conversation was smooth, friendly and yet professional. The male colleague brought up questions regarding my personality and experience and what I can bring. The other lady was more into the details (eg., a break between jobs, how I did X etc). The scheme was more like "the good and the bad guy" to keep the balance, but overall I enjoyed it!
