Phone screen followed by a panel of 3 people. If successful goes to second interview of management team. Tried to think of questions to ask to fill the time. Some to get a feel for my personality even though they asked an ex coworker about me in advance.

The interview was very organized. Process took about 2 weeks from recruiter phone call to interview. Overall it was a smooth process and the recruiters were very professional and responsive.
