Face to face interview with 2 managers from the department. Given a small presentation on the company describing its role in the pharmaceutical industry. Then was asked competency and technical questions. Had a practical session where I had to pipettes water onto a balance and record the readings in a GMP manner.

there were two interviewers. and one asked the question and other just write what we are answering.two type of questions which is technical and competative.What we need is good presentation skill and confident.

The interview was done via the Spherion compnay. The interview was very delightful. Although, it does take a bit while to hear back from them but the process and the interview was very nice.
