I had an HR call followed by a home assignment that included three questions—two theoretical and one coding. The assignment was interesting, but I was very disappointed after spending 5–6 hours on it only to receive a generic rejection email. There was no explanation, not even a single sentence about what was lacking in my solution. I find it quite disrespectful to candidates who invest several hours in such assignments when a company cannot take five minutes to provide basic feedback. Also asked HR to provide some feedback, and was ghosted .

The interview process started with an initial screening call, where I was asked about my background, experience, and interest in the role. Following that, I had a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, which focused on both my technical skills and how I approach problem-solving. There were also some behavioral questions where I gave examples of past experiences.
The final stage involved a panel interview, where I met with several team members and discussed how I would handle real work scenarios. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave me a good understanding of the role and the company expectations.

They completed documentation on their website and portal is handy to upload documents.
Interviewer was polite and not tough on me.

Very comprehensive with a lot of questions around experience and education. I was asked about experiences that showcased my abilities and followed the STAR framework. It was an enlightening chat and interview.
