first of all, let me say its not a technical job!!!!! interview process is easy and not too professional, their way of questions and interview seems very unprofessional. they will access you based on their perception not based on your real talent, salary is very very less (maybe because of non-technical job), their first-round is very easy( aptitude with pictures,even kids can pass the test) and they have hr interview (very easy questions but not professional) they won't check your talent in right strategical way i think i my case there inference was not true .they ask question-based on resume and make report based on their perceptions and knowledge. the job maybe good for diploma people not that recommended for technical pg professionals.
