Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso FullFunnel nel mese di apr 2025
Colloquio
The interview lasted only a few minutes and did not follow a clear structure or demonstrate basic courtesy. During that short time, the interviewer repeatedly stated they were “not here to waste time” and that they “wouldn’t waste time,” which set an unwelcoming tone. I was also told that all answers would be evaluated by AI—again, to avoid “wasting time.”
Hiring someone should be treated as a strategic and important decision, but unfortunately, that was not the impression given in this case. The process came across as rushed and lacking relevance or thoughtful consideration.

Domanda 1
What do you know about the company? Do you know about the role and its responsibilities?

Colloquio
I interviewed with FullFunnel for a Marketing Specialist role over Zoom. The experience felt impersonal and disappointing. Communication beforehand was just a form to select a time slot—and the interview lasted about five minutes.
The interviewer explained my resume was selected by AI, and that the interview would be "highly structured" and scored by AI.
He started off by asking what I knew about the role and the company, then interrupted me mid-answer and said, “Let me stop you there. You don’t know enough about the company. This part is 30% of your score, so I’m going to end the interview here.”
The process felt sad, robotic, and dismissive. There was no opportunity for dialogue or connection—it didn’t resemble a real interview.
If FullFunnel sees this as a best-practice hiring approach, it raises serious questions about how they value people and culture.
