I applied online and was contacted by the online system to set up an over the phone interview and mock lesson. Once I completed the lesson, I asked my interviewer questions on the lesson I had taught and we ended our conversation. About a day later I had received a phone call stating that I had been selected for the teaching applicant pool.

Overwhelming to do virtually. The county hosted online learning community open houses, where the system barely worked and certain schools never responded. The help desk was also not helpful for responses during this event.
