The interview was straight-forward and easy. They talk to you about the company itself and give you a pretty easy breakdown of their onboarding process. Their is no previous experience required, however, they will ask you about your interest in the position and will send you the option of studying for your real estate license. They go over the basic job functions and they go through their on-boarding process with you. The interview took 30 minutes.
