Online skype interview that gave a good run down of the job and responsibilities. I applied after the term had already started, so even though there are optimal employment times, you stand a chance of getting an interview all year round.

Lasted about an hour and half. Mostly talking about the company, rather than employee. No curve balls. Recruiter was very friendly/charismatic, bit like a salesman. Can see why so many people take the risk of working here, as it does come across as a legit business.
