It was a little weird. It's a group interview, and at first they have you draw a piece of candy from the basket and that candy has a certain question attached to it that they have you answer. Then they have everyone split off into groups of two and you interview each other. Then the manager has your partner explain everything about you and vice versa. You can go in every day clothes.
